Failed generation

When an AI task is marked failed, the credits deducted for that task are returned to the original credit grants. Original expiration rules still apply. A provider request still processing is not treated as a failed task.

Payment requests

For duplicate charges, undelivered credits or other billing issues, contact us through the signed-in support area with the order number. Requests are reviewed against the order and usage records. Any applicable mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
